Oh…that blue gown!  So pretty!

Le Bon Ton (Published in the Lady’s Magazine), 1845.

Love those bold colors and the pairing of the contrasting bonnets.

Cabinet des Modes, Walking Dress, October 1841.

What a striking shawl!  It’s nice paired with the bright blue bonnet but a very light and un-ornamented gown.

Le Follet, February 1847.

What a magnificent blue!  It is especially lovely paired with the lushness of the black fur cloak and the ermine muff!

Le Bon Ton (Published in the Lady’s Magazine), 1849.

Both of these gowns are gorgeous, but I particularly like the dark blue trim on the light blue fabric.

Moniteur de la Mode, February 1847.

I’m utterly in love with that blue gown, and the skirts on the yellow gown are quite lovely, too!

Cabinet des Modes, December 1841.

What a beautiful explosion of blue!  That cloak is stunning, and I love the pink lining!

Ooohhh!  I really like this outfit!  Lots of colors, but they aren’t overwhelming!  And she looks so warm and cozy.
