Those little plaid bows are adorable!

Journal des Dames et des Modes, 1823.

I love the ruffles!

Lady’s Magazine, 1845.

Oh swoon.  I love this gorgeous fabric!  And those sleeves are wonderful!

The Beau Monde, October 1836.

I’m a big fan of the orange plaid dress- very October-y!

Ackermann’s Repository, Walking Dress, October 1814.

This is SO CUTE!  Love the plaid kerchief tied ‘round back and the matching fabric on her bonnet.  And how charming is the puffy decoration around hem?  Let me answer that: SO CHARMING!

Columbian Magazine, January 1845.

Oh I love the plaid one!  The bias-cut panel on the bottom is great!  That green cloak is pretty gorgeous, too!

La Belle Assemblee, Walking Dress, Sept 1822.

I LOVE this subtle plaid and that killer hat!
