Nice selection of shoes and parasols!

Ackermann’s Repository, Promenade Dress, December 1816.

Oh, what a glorious, glorious outfit!  I would be honored to welcome winter in a frock as pretty as this one!

Ackermann’s Repository, Promenade Dresses,  June 1811.

Look at the green bonnet!  The little brim looks like ocean waves!

So charming…

Lady’s Magazine, Promenade and Walking Dress, August 1830.

I’m definitely OK with the accessories of the girl in purple.  Give me a giant hat and a beautiful red shawl any day!

La Belle Assemblee, Morning Promenade Dress, August 1822.

Strange neckline, but otherwise a simple and lovely dress!

Ackermann’s Repository, Promenade Dress, March 1825.

I adore the lines of this dress.  Those bands that start at the shoulders and fall into the skirts of the dress are so eye-catching and flattering!  The bonnet is pretty unusual, too!

Cabinet des Modes, Promenade Dress, September 1841.

What a striking color!  I imagine in the Fall months it would be nice to see something so bright!
